Refund Policy

When a paid subscription may be refunded and how to report a billing error.

Last updated: September 5, 2026

1. Billing and reseller

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance by Paddle, our authorized reseller, who handles checkout, invoicing, payment collection, and applicable sales tax or VAT. Your receipt comes from Paddle, and Paddle is the merchant of record for the transaction. This Policy supplements our Terms of Service and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

2. Refunds within 14 days

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge if the paid plan has not been materially used.

Material use includes generating a new screenshot set on a paid plan or publishing content to an app store. Minor edits or one store-copy generation do not by themselves exclude a refund.

Refunds under this section are limited to one per account. Billing errors are handled separately under Section 3.

When a refund is issued, the subscription ends and your account returns to the Free plan.

3. Billing errors

A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge that does not match the plan you selected is refunded in full whenever you report it, including after the 14 days have passed. Write to us at support@applistinglab.com.

4. Your statutory rights

Where the law that applies to you grants a refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right that goes further than this Policy, that right applies in addition to everything above, and nothing here limits it.

For EU and UK consumers specifically: the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply once you have agreed at checkout to the service being made available immediately and have begun using it. Paddle collects that agreement as part of the purchase — see Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@applistinglab.com from or with your account email and tell us which charge to refund. We aim to respond within one business day. You can also request the refund directly from Paddle using the contact options on your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Cancelling a plan

Cancel any time from Billing inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals immediately and keeps your plan's limits until the end of the period you already paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. There is no cancellation fee. If you would rather have the last charge back, ask for a refund under Section 2 instead.

You can also pause a paid plan instead of cancelling it. Pausing takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so there is no further renewal charge and the current period is not shortened. While paused, your account uses Free limits: nothing is deleted, purchased credits remain yours, and projects beyond the Free project limit are locked rather than removed. Resume the plan from Billing when you are ready.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend paid features until payment succeeds or you resubscribe; we do not delete Your Content for a failed payment alone.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy; changes appear on this page with an updated date and apply to charges made after the change.
