Terms of Service
The terms for using AppListingLab, including screenshot generation, ASO copy, icon exports, accounts, and plans.
Last updated: September 17, 2026
1. Who we are
AppListingLab (the "Service") is provided by DigitMind Technologies LLP, registered in Astana, Kazakhstan (the "Owner", "we", "us"). Contact: support@applistinglab.com.
"AppListingLab" refers to the website at applistinglab.com (including the free tools under /tools and the developer documentation under /docs), the studio at studio.applistinglab.com, the API at api.applistinglab.com, and any related documentation. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. At a glance
- You must be an adult under the law that applies to you.
- The Service offers a free plan — the template editor, one app project, and a one-off allowance of AI credits that does not refill — and paid plans that add monthly AI credits, higher limits, watermark-free screenshot exports, and publishing to the app stores, billed through our payments partner Paddle. Subscribers can also buy one-off credit packs. See Section 4. A first paid subscription charge may be eligible for a refund within 14 days if the plan has not been materially used; see our Refund Policy.
- You own what you upload and what you export. We only get the rights needed to operate the Service.
- AI-generated content must be reviewed by you before you publish it to any app store — you are responsible for its accuracy and compliance.
- Exports from the free
/toolsnever carry a watermark. In the studio, a screenshot downloaded on the free plan carries a small "Made with applistinglab.com" mark; every paid plan downloads it unmarked, and icons and listing copy are unmarked on every plan. Your plan changes usage limits and that mark, not your ownership of exported files.
3. Eligibility and accounts
To use the studio you must register an account with complete and truthful information, or sign in with Google. The free tools under /tools can be used without an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account, including requests made with your API keys.
- Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted; each person may register one account, and accounts may not be shared.
- Tell us immediately at support@applistinglab.com if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
- You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account yourself from Account settings in the studio, or ask us to do it. A deletion request cancels future subscription renewals and starts a 30-day recovery period; already-paid access keeps its existing end date. You may cancel the request during that period, but this does not automatically restart the subscription. After the deadline, final deletion permanently removes Your Content and any unused credits.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, infringe third-party rights, abuse the Service (including attempts to circumvent usage limits), or must be suspended or deleted by law. Suspension or deletion for violations of these Terms does not create a right to compensation.
4. The Service and plans
AppListingLab generates app-marketing assets: App Store and Google Play screenshot sets, store listing copy (ASO), app icon exports, and related media. Paid plans can also publish listing text and images directly to App Store Connect and Google Play Console (see Section 7). You can use the Service through the studio or, with an API key, through our API.
- The Free plan is provided at no cost: one app project, the template editor, and exports (screenshots carry a watermark), none of which are metered. AI generation on the Free plan is limited to a one-off allowance of credits granted once per account, which does not refill.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Each paid plan includes a monthly AI-credit allowance, shared between the studio and the API, that renews every month on the date your subscription started, on annual plans too. Unused allowance does not carry over. Checkout, invoicing, and payment collection are handled by Paddle, acting as our authorized reseller; your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. Paddle collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT.
- Credit packs. Subscribers can buy one-off packs of AI credits, also sold through Paddle. Bought credits do not expire, are used only once your monthly allowance is spent, and stay yours if your subscription is later paused or ends. Credits of any kind have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and are lost when final account deletion runs.
- Credits are charged when a generation starts. If a generation fails, the credits charged for it are returned automatically.
- You can switch a monthly plan to annual billing from Billing. The annual price is charged right away, minus a credit for the unused part of your current month. An annual plan cannot be switched to monthly during its term; cancel it before it renews and subscribe monthly afterwards.
- You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not end your current billing period early — you keep your plan's limits until the period you already paid for ends, then your account returns to the Free plan. You may instead pause a paid plan, which stops billing from the end of that same period and keeps your account and content in place on Free limits until you restart it. Separately, a charge may be refundable within 14 days under our Refund Policy.
- If a renewal payment fails, paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds or you resubscribe; we do not delete Your Content for a failed payment alone.
- We may change plan prices or features going forward; changes do not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for, and material changes are announced with reasonable notice. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Files you have already downloaded remain yours, and we will not alter or revoke assets you have already exported.
5. Your content
"Your Content" means everything you upload or provide: app screenshots, artwork, icons, store URLs, app descriptions, brand information, and text you enter.
- You keep ownership of Your Content. By providing it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, process, and display it solely to operate, maintain, and provide the Service (including sending it to the AI model providers described in the Privacy Policy for generation, and to Apple or Google when you ask us to publish).
- You confirm you are legally allowed to provide Your Content and that it does not infringe any law or third-party right (including trademarks, copyright, and personality rights).
- You are solely liable for Your Content. We do not pre-moderate uploads, but we may remove content and restrict accounts upon notice of infringement, order of an authority, or risk to the Service or third parties.
- We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and we do not permit our AI providers to do so under our agreements with them.
6. Generated assets
Assets produced by the Service from Your Content and your instructions ("Generated Assets") — screenshot sets, listing copy, icon packages, media — are yours to use, including commercially, in app stores and marketing channels. A screenshot downloaded on the free plan carries a small AppListingLab mark; paid plans download it unmarked, and listing copy and icon packages are never marked. Plan limits and that mark change what you pay for — not your ownership of the files you have exported, and not your right to use them.
- Review before publishing. Generated Assets are produced with AI assistance and may contain errors, inaccurate claims, or content that does not meet Apple App Store or Google Play policies. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, truthfulness of claims, and store compliance before submission.
- We do not guarantee that any store will accept your listing, and store rejections do not create liability for us.
- Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users; we cannot and do not guarantee uniqueness of Generated Assets.
7. Publishing to app stores
Paid plans can send listing text, screenshots, and feature graphics to App Store Connect and Google Play Console on your instruction.
- To publish, you connect a credential that Apple or Google issued for your own developer account. You confirm you are authorized to grant that access, and you authorize us to use it to read your current listing and to make the changes you confirm.
- Nothing is sent until you have reviewed the changes and confirmed them. You are responsible for what you publish, for the permissions you give the credential, and for complying with Apple's and Google's developer terms.
- Apple and Google decide whether and when changes go live, and may review or reject them. We are not responsible for their decisions, delays, or outages.
- You can disconnect a store at any time, and we then delete the stored credential. You can also revoke the credential directly with Apple or Google.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, templates, template artwork, brand, and documentation — is owned by or licensed to the Owner. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use it within the scope of these Terms. Template artwork may be used only as part of assets you create with the Service, not extracted and resold as standalone works. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service itself, nor access it to build a competing product.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- violate laws, regulations, store policies, or these Terms;
- upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware;
- generate materially misleading store listings (fake reviews, invented awards or statistics, impersonation of other apps or brands);
- probe, overload, or disrupt the Service, or bypass authentication, rate limits, or usage caps;
- access the Service by automated means other than our documented API, or use the API beyond its documented limits.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party service providers (such as hosting, storage, authentication, AI generation, and payments, as described in the Privacy Policy). At your request it can read public listing data from the Apple App Store and Google Play, and publish to App Store Connect and Google Play Console. Third-party resources remain governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their content or availability. App store names and logos belong to their owners; AppListingLab is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Google.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Generated Assets will achieve any particular marketing outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or service interruption arising from the use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to hold the Owner harmless from claims and damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of Generated Assets, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes are announced on this page with an updated date, and where reasonably possible, by notice in the product or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and, if you wish, request account deletion.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to DigitMind Technologies LLP, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts at our registered place of business, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections granting you access to the courts of your place of residence.
